Regula has a maturity about her when hitting that you don't see all the time in sophomore-level athletes. At 5'11, she has an athletic frame with dynamic arm work in the air. Her attacking lift with both arms not only helps get her on balance in the air, but it is a key factor to her combining her vision and awareness with the control she can execute to keep force on the ball. She is equally successful at swinging where the ball takes her or in guiding the ball towards space she sees in the air. AVC 16 Red is the #14 seed overall.

Harris and more Harris. This is what opponents against Findlay volleyball, basketball, and softball cannot escape. Coming off a terrific basketball season at over 20 ppg, Harris started the 2025 school year as a major factor on the volleyball court. All of this followed a 2025 freshman spring as a 1st team all-NLL softball player. She is a gamer in every sense of the word as she has skills and confidence to contribute for big impact. As a 5'7 pin, she can pass and swing from anywhere on the floor. She is part of a dynamic rotation for Black Swamp 16-1, the #38 seed overall.

At 6'0, she can elevate to create a high contact point to score over the defense or challenge the defense for positive gains.
Expect White to climb in the rankings with the next update and she is showing some good gains in her physicality and effectiveness as a primary pin. Each time she is seen she looks more assertive and confident in what she can do as a primary attacker. At 5'9 and with big hops, she has varied tools to play the ball above the net. Her vision combined with her athleticism expands her range and control that can keep the defense on their heels.
Sherman continues to prove her value as a middle for her NOVA team. She works hard at the net and around her setter to get into her transition motion quickly, identify the ball, and develop good space and timing. This team likes to run their middles faster than most teams and Sherman does a good job to get up and open to keep her arm action up early and precise to generate a quick contact. NOVA 16 Navy is the #30 overall seed to start the weekend.
