Lee takes ones and powers through blocks if not over or around them with her size. Lee uses a quick arm swing from both the middle and the pins. In the back row, Lee calls for balls then makes good first touches. Gough takes nice swings from the pins consistently hitting balls off blocks for huge points. Gough can rainbow balls to opposite corners and puts nice roll shots to the middle. She has a quick arm swing to get balls off before blockers can get up to challenge her. Gough also possesses outstanding court vision. She lays it on the line each time she takes the court. Thomas goes hard after balls in both the front and back row. Thomas deposits ones to different zones on the court, mixing in softer hits to catch opponents off-guard. Thomas goes up strong for timely double blocks. Broyles has quick feet and makes pristine passes anytime she's near the ball. Broyles reads balls well, yet stays under control when she dives or has to adjust her platform low to the ground. Broyles can handle roll shots and a number of hard-hit shots. Broyles executes both the overhead and bump passes at high levels. She can smack hard ones to the back row and is not afraid to tip to shallow side lines if she sees the opening. Upward can take solid swings from the back row and makes things happen when the team is out of system.
