Five Players to see at JVA World Challenge

The games take place at the Exposition Center and the Kentucky International Convention Center in downtown. She has a good leap and packs a lot of power into balls. Her footwork puts her in prime position to do make that happen. Taylor reads the floor then makes the necessary adjustments to hit balls over and around blocks. She uses it to make a lot of things happen in the middle. She pounds ones to different zones on the court and mixes in tips to open spots on the court. Bennett places overpassed balls to open zones and can hit balls off blockers for big points. Bennett takes blockers away from other talented hitters for 15-1 Elite and Whitley County. She makes the simple passes and provides quality backup near the net. She positions herself well behind blockers. Fortener makes her fair share of dazzling saves, but mostly under control. She is not afraid to lunge forward or to the sides to keep plays alive. Young takes quality swings even when the team is out of system. She executes sound cross shots and mixes in good off shots. Mattingly rises high using her height and smashes balls on ones and gap shots. Mattingly rips the seams beside blockers and constantly finds holes in double blocks. Mattingly mixes in quality tips to throw opponents for a loop. Good defensive specialists even struggle with the downward trajectory of her hits. Defensively, Mattingly forms sound double blocks at the net.
