It is about timing, decision-making, and the ability to influence both sides of the ball in small windows.   This group showed a strong understanding of how to create pressure. They are adjusting their offensive choices, recognizing defensive gaps, and staying active in transition. What stands out is their ability to make decisions in tight moments, whether it is changing a swing, closing space at the net, or creating opportunities for teammates.   For college coaches, middles who can think, adjust, and stay involved in every phase of the rally are the ones that separate. This group is showing that.
