consistently controlled the middle with presence and discipline well beyond her class. At 6’1″, she established early as a true net anchor, showing advanced timing, closing blocks, and sealing seams with strong hand positioning across the tape. What stood out most was how well she read the setter — she wasn’t guessing, she was reacting with purpose, taking away angles and forcing hitters into uncomfortable swings.
Offensively, Torres Wallace ran clean routes and stayed available in transition, showing strong footwork on her approaches and finishing with authority in rhythm. She wasn’t rushed, stayed composed, and created momentum swings with her efficiency. For a 2029, her physicality and court awareness clearly separated her throughout the day. ~Theresa @prepdigdakotas
