2027's Looking to raise their stock at Nationals

Recruiting season isn't sunsetting on the class of 2027, for some it is just getting warmed up. Several 2026 players did not find their home until the spring of this year, but here are several 2027 looking to make their mark at USAV Nationals.    Olivia is sometime overshadowed by some of the bigger setters in the state, but she can run an offense with the best of them. She is responsible for running the offense for the EVA 17 Elite while also providing the ability to attack from the right side when needed. She has a knack for making smart decisions with the ball, distributing effectively to her hitters. EVA took a big blow with their other experienced setter [player_tooltip player_id='763428' first='Mia' last='Adams'] going down to an injury. Miller has picked up the pace in commanding her team.   Her willingness to compete, her leadership, athleticism and composure are what make her one of the best in the state. EVA 17 Elite will be in the Liberty Division kicking off Tuesday.     Like Miller, Adametz is sometimes overlooked because of some of the bigger setters, she holds a championship pedigree and is known for running a high-tempo offense, setting up her hitters for success no matter the situation, and has precise ball placement. She is excellent in serve recieve and has a dominate serve.   Macy is one who does not shy away from big moments, she played some of her best volleyball in the Arkansas High School State Tournament. She will need that same magic when the 501 17's step into Nationals play today in the Freedom Division.     Every successful offense starts with the setter, and Matilyn does an outstanding job of running the show for the Ft Smith Jrs 17 Elite as they head in the Freedom Division at Nationals. Dunn's high school production speaks for itself. In 94 sets she had 549 assists, 26 aces, 209 digs and even dropped in 11 kills demonstrating her ability to impact a match well beyond just setting. At 5'4", Dunn uses quickness, anticipation and a high volleyball IQ to offset any size disadvantage. She defends well, serves aggressively and has shown aggressiveness to score when needed.   She is a true floor general who understands how to manage an offense. She consistently delivers hittable balls, communicates well and keeps her team composed.     Beach commands the offense with precision. She set a single match assist record with 63 assists. She was also 5A All Conference, 5A All State and All State Tournament team. Kolie ran a powerhouse offense at Farmington which led to an undefeated 14- 5A West Conference title and State Title runner up. She racked up 911 assists and 195 digs over the 2025 season. She has continued that pace with her Ozark 17 Premier team that opens play today in the Liberty Division.   More than numbers, Beach's ability to run an offense stands out amongst the crowd. She makes sound decisions under pressure and controls the tempo of a match with confidence and precision. She combines elite distribution skills with outstanding court awareness and leadership, allowing her to maximize the talent around her. Her record-setting assist totals, championship experience, and defensive ability make her a complete floor general with the tools to lead a collegiate offense.     A relative unknown until getting the call from the Arkansas Select 17's team. From the small town of Taylor, Arkansas, Hamlin has burst on the scene with her raw athletic ability. She helped lead her HS team deep into the State Tournament making it to the Finals where they battled powerhouse Hackett where she led her team in kills.   Driving two plus hours a few times week shows her dedication to the sport. She has the raw ability and athleticism to be a successful middle at the next level with a little time. The 17 Elite just pulled off winning the AAU Spirit Division National Championship and now turn their attention to the USAV American Division.     Isabella is a player I have had the privilege to watch closely the past two seasons. She broke out this past high school season as a six-rotation stand out for Benton, tallying 249 kills and 338 digs. Gonzalez has a fast arm swing and an excellent platform for passing. She a born leader and seems to play with fire and smile all at the same time.   From my previous write up on Isabella: The best competition will be on display at Nationals and EVA 17 Elite and [player_tooltip player_id='749859' first='Isabella' last='Gonzalez']<a href="https://prepdig.com/player/isabella-gonzalez/"></a> are ready to prove themselves. "The best volleyball I ever played always ends up being at Nationals. And any team from Arkansas always has something to prove!" The 17 Elite will be in the Liberty Division.     What sets Noelle apart from other players in her class is her experience playing all three front row positions, her familiarity in all three spots helper her understand her responsibilities when playing a specific position. She communicates well with teammates. She has improved her vertical and speed while also adding beach volleyball to her skill set, helping Noelle improve her setting and defensive in the past year. She is looking for a program with a good culture that she can grow and strive in. According to Hammond, "I am looking for a program that is inviting, disciplined, and energetic as well as having the ability to continue my beach career."   Noelle wants coaches to know that she may not be the loudest on the court, but she offers steadiness in both play and mood. I have previously written about Noelle: Hammond possesses all the shots in her arsenal. One time she's powering the ball to the middle of the floor and the next time she hits line. Her ability to keep defenders guessing leads to open holes on the floor that she reads very well. Catch Noelle and her team in the American Division at Nationals.     Settle originally played as a middle blocker before successfully transitioning to an outside hitter in 2025. This move allowed her to expand her role into all-around play. Her middle blocker roots provide her with excellent timing and net defense, while her explosive transition speed and strong jumping ability allow her to consistently beat opposing blocks.   What she has turned into is a workaholic at perfecting her game. Settle is relentlessly working on becoming the best six-rotation outside she can be. She earned a 6A All-Conference selection in 2025, led her HS in kills posting 244 including a 15 kill match versus crosstown rival Northside and a 21 kill match vs Greenwood. Settle is a dependable and improving six-rotation outside and leads her Fort Smith Juniors team into the Freedom Division today!     Remington is a true six rotation outside. She was Lincoln High School's offensive player of the year last season. Lauren is extremely athletic with a great vertical that helps her overcome her lack of typical outside size. She is an excellent defender as well maintaining a strong platform and great passing skills. Her versatility will help her in recruiting.   Lauren and her NWA Storm 17 Adidas team will be competing in the American Division.     The Morrilton standout impacts matches from every area on the court. 206 kills, 61 Aces, 210 digs and an All-State selection is what Lily put up in her Junior campaign in High school and is expected to man the six rotation spot full time in her senior year. She is a key piece in the EVA 17 Elite's offensive attack. Habin is a complete six-rotation outside whose versatility makes her extremely valuable. She has a strong serve and provides steady back-row defense. As the 17 Elite begins play tomorrow in the Liberty Division, keep an eye out for her.
