AAU Dominate Performances in 17 Club and Aspire

The talent across every division has been impressive, with strong lineups and high level volleyball. Today, I spent some time watching the 17 club and aspire divisions. Kamry is one of those players who has a way of changing the momentum of a game. She serves tough, takes big swings when attacking, and always seems to come up with a big point when her team needs one. She puts up a solid block, can attack effectively from either pin, and is especially good when it comes to out of system shots. She always seems to find a way to hit the open court for points, whether it's with a big swing or the well placed off speed shot. She does a nice job running the offense and has a lot of great leadership qualities. She's vocal, positive, and is constantly encouraging her teammates while making adjustments throughout the game. She did a great job spreading the ball around, wasn't afraid to reverse the offense, and consistently pushed hittable balls out to the pins. In addition, she is a solid defender. She did a great job reading the defense and made good setting choices. She mixed things up well, threw out some huge reversals, and put her hitters in good spots to score. One thing I really like about her game is that she doesn't stop competing once she sets the ball. She works just as hard on defense. She was solid in right back and came up with some big digs throughout the day. She's quick and relentless as she seems able to chase down just about every ball on the court. She was steady in serve receive and provided solid block coverage which provided her hitters with some second chance opportunities.
