Robbins (pictured) has found ways to better control the middle. Robbins forms quality double blocks, forcing opponents to hit balls high and wide. Robbins does a good job placing balls. She agreed she's been working on her hitting technique, adding a quicker arm swing is a good next step for her.

King looks ready to fill in a need for the Kittens this fall. She uses a quick arm swing to take big rips in the middle and the pins and did well backing up the net. She made a number of good passes Thursday. King said she's been working to improve her vertical jump and cheer on her teammates both on and off the court. King said the better teammates are friends, the better they play together.

Begley has turned more aggressive on defense during club season and it showed Thursday for the Eagles. Begley has improved her ball control. She tries to keep her feet and body aimed at the targets even while digging up balls using a good platform. Begley is also coachable. Begley said she's been working on her passing consistency and figuring out quickly where balls are going on the court.
