Headed to Nationals, Zarah has been putting in serious work in the weight room with box jumps, step-ups, lifting sessions, and VertiMax training. She's a hard worker whose dedication shows every time she steps onto the court. Building more explosiveness and strength should help her become even more dynamic at the net and in transition, giving her an opportunity to make an even bigger impact during the upcoming high school season and stand out during club tryouts. --Kantessa Bryant-Miller @prepdignv

Never a stranger to the gym, the grind never stops for Kenley. She's been working on numerous attacking variations with elite trainers while also finding time to get fun, pressure-free reps in with friends who share her love for the game. The ability to attack from different spots and continue developing her confidence should make her a more complete and versatile player, helping her enter tryouts with momentum and giving coaches another weapon to rely on this season. --Kantessa Bryant-Miller @prepdignv

Emmalyn recently trained with one of California's most notable trainers, focusing on defensive reading, quick movement, one-arm passing reps, and secondary setting. She's also been spending time in the weight room, continuing to build strength and elevate her game. Those additional reps should translate into better court awareness and more confidence in the back row, while the added strength and quickness could help separate her from the competition during club evaluations and make her an even more dependable defender this season. --Kantessa Bryant-Miller @prepdignv

Olivia has been working on holding her platform, improving serve receive, and using the wall to her advantage, proving you don't always need another person to get quality reps in. The state champion is determined to make her senior season her best one yet. Consistency in serve receive is one of the most valuable skills on the court, and the extra work she's putting in now should pay dividends as she prepares to lead her team during her senior campaign and compete for an even larger role at club tryouts. --Kantessa Bryant-Miller @prepdignv

Avery has been taking private lessons throughout the offseason, sharpening her attacking skills, refining her technique, and putting in work on serving, passing, and all-around development.
Sammarah has shown tremendous growth through continued private lessons with legendary trainer and coach April Chappelle. She's been working on her approach, timing, passing to target, and transitioning, heading into her first year of high school with a clear plan and purpose. Developing those fundamentals before stepping onto a high school court is huge, and the work she's putting in now should allow her to compete with confidence, adapt quickly to the speed of the game, and make a strong impression during club tryouts and her freshman season. --Kantessa Bryant-Miller @prepdignv

No stranger to the weight room, Michaela has been putting in work on force absorption, single-leg strength, isometrics, and rotational power. She's been dedicated to strength training for years, and it continues to show in her game as she gets stronger and more explosive on the court year after year.
