Kenley continues to impress this season and has been shining on the club circuit, recently helping her team bring home hardware at the 2025 MLK Seattle Kickoff. Overpasses don’t stand a chance, and finding the deep corner comes easy after the volume of reps she’s put in over the past year. A 4.0 GPA student with a 9’11” touch, she should continue to be a major contributor at Arbor View next season after playing JV as a freshman.

I have been following Kenley’s journey, and what I saw today was growth and confidence. Kenley was a steady force in the middle and anchored the front row with disciplined footwork. She stayed low, ready, and explosive, which allowed her to push off quickly and form a clean block. She read hitters well, tracked the play, and consistently created pressure at the net. Her consistency and court awareness made her a key defensive presence throughout the session.

Rachel shared that Kenley had a “good block, always ready at the net, low and ready to push off and swing, and good in the middle knowing her spots.” That assessment matched exactly what Kenley showed today as she continues to elevate her game.

Kenley, a 6-foot freshman middle blocker from Arbor View with a 9’11” touch and a 4.0 GPA, is always putting in the extra reps to improve her craft. She came through big for her team over the weekend in a JV tournament, showing why she’s one of the most promising young players in the program.
