Colorado's Class of 2028 is loaded with pin talent, and this ranked group continues to show just how much depth the state has at the position.

Size, power, versatility, and high-level shot-making all show up throughout this list. However, the players below have also continued separating themselves through the way they handle different situations on the court. Whether the offense is in rhythm or scrambling, these pins have found ways to stay dangerous.

Let's take a look at five more players from Colorado's Class of 2028 Pin Pack!

Ranked No. 2: [player_tooltip player_id='1000014' first='Norah' last='Hollis']

At nearly 6'4, Hollis brings obvious size to the pin, but there is much more to her game than simply being tall. She moves well, gets herself to a high contact point, and has continued developing into an attacker who can handle a variety of situations.

What makes Hollis especially difficult is her ability to adjust. The ball does not always have to be perfect for her to stay effective. She can work with tempo, make an adjustment, and still find a way to put pressure on the defense. Her range is also continuing to grow as she learns how to use more of the court.

With her commitment to UCLA already secured, Hollis has an incredibly exciting future ahead. There is still plenty of development left in her game, which should make the next few seasons even more fun to watch.

No. 5: [player_tooltip player_id='827258' first='Makenzie' last='Pears']

Pears brings a physical presence to the right side that is hard to ignore. She plays with strength and has the athletic ability to make an impact in multiple parts of the game.

Offensively, Pears can get up and attack with pace. She does not need a huge window to make something happen, and her ability to get off the ground gives her opportunities against opposing blocks. Additionally, she stays active at the net and is always ready for the next transition.

Her competitiveness is another piece that stands out. Pears plays hard through the entire point and does not disappear when the rally extends.

Now committed to Clemson, Pears has another major chapter waiting ahead. The Tigers are getting a talented Colorado athlete, and there is still plenty of time for her game to continue evolving before she reaches the ACC.

No. 6: [player_tooltip player_id='532671' first='Raya' last='Thompson']

Thompson can bring some serious heat from the pin.

Her arm speed immediately stands out, and she creates pace that can put defenses in uncomfortable positions. She gets up with confidence and is capable of delivering a big swing when her team needs one. There is a natural explosiveness to the way she attacks that gives her game plenty of pop.

Thompson also brings versatility to the position. Being able to work from either pin gives her another layer and allows her to adjust to what her team needs. As she continues refining her game and adding even more variety to her attacks, there is a lot to be excited about.

Thompson's commitment to Cal State Bakersfield is another huge accomplishment, and Colorado volleyball will be keeping a close eye on what she does next.

No. 8: [player_tooltip player_id='750208' first='Delaney' last='Lauer']

Lauer has been making waves on the court for a long time, and she continues to show every time she steps on the court.

She brings confidence to the outside and is comfortable carrying a significant offensive load. Lauer does not shy away from the ball, especially when the offense needs a point. Her ability to stay aggressive while continuing to find ways around the defense has made her one of Colorado's most productive young pins.

Playing up an age group in club has also given Lauer valuable experience against bigger, faster competition. That exposure has helped her continue adding to her game and should only benefit her moving forward.

With Clemson waiting at the end of her high school career, Lauer has plenty to be excited about. Before then, however, expect her to continue being one of the names opposing defenses have to prepare for.

No. 9: [player_tooltip player_id='532672' first='Reese' last='Millar']

Millar has a great feel for attacking, and she does not rely on one shot to get the job done.

Millar has impressive length, allowing her to create difficult angles and reach over the top of blocks. However, it is the way she uses her options that makes her especially fun to watch. She understands how to work the block, find high hands, attack an open area, or change her shot when the situation calls for it.

That offensive toolbox allows Millar to stay composed instead of forcing the same swing repeatedly. She also brings a competitive edge and stays involved throughout the match.

Texas Tech is getting a talented pin with plenty of tools already in place. Millar's game continues to grow, and she remains an important name in this loaded Class of 2028 group.

The Pin Pack Continues

The Class of 2028 pin group has no shortage of talent, and the competition inside these rankings remains tough.

Hollis, Pears, Thompson, Lauer, and Millar all bring something different to the court. From size and explosive arms to smart shot-making and versatility, this group continues to represent some of the best young pin talent Colorado has to offer.

With more high school and club volleyball ahead, expect this group to keep moving, growing, and making the rankings conversation even more interesting.
