Each week I select two stand out performers from the past week. This week, both come from the 5A with [player_tooltip player_id='749859' first='Isabella' last='Gonzalez'] of Benton and Farmington's [player_tooltip player_id='569597' first='Emmerson' last='Rehkopf']. Both put in outstanding performances while playing a ton of sets. Let's take a look at their week!

Gonzalez continues to show why she is one of the more complete pins in the state. Benton (11-1-1) put together a big week, going 6-1-1, and Bella was right in the middle of it. She finished the week with 58 kills while also contributing 63 digs, seven aces and four blocks.

What stands out with Gonzalez is how much she does for Benton. She rarely comes off the court and is asked to terminate from the pin, handle serve receive and defend in the back row. That six-rotation value is a big part of what makes her such an important piece for the Panthers. Whether Benton needs a big swing or a defensive play, Gonzalez has a way of being involved.

Rehkopf had another monster week for Farmington(16-3 overall). The Cardinals went a perfect 7-0 and captured the Ft Smith Invitational championship, with Emmerson putting down 95 kills during the run.

Rehkopf is a true six-rotation outside who affects the match everywhere on the floor. The kill numbers jump off the page, but she also finished with 61 digs and seven blocks. She is the player Farmington can turn to when it needs a point, and she continues to produce even when everyone in the gym knows where the ball is going. A 7-0 week, a tournament championship and 95 kills make this one pretty easy.
