Ranking Spotlight 2028 Setters: Bringing Value to the Court

I've seen competitors who find ways to get their hitters going, battle through broken plays, and take ownership of what's happening on their side of the net. They won't all look the same or run the same offense, and that's what makes this group interesting. There is a steadiness to her game, but don't mistake steady for a quiet impact. She works to get herself to the ball, stays involved after the set, and isn't afraid to compete through a long rally. Sim brings more than just the second contact. Once she gets comfortable and finds a rhythm, she has the ability to get the offense going and place batters in advantageous positions. She's still piecing things together, and that's okay.
