Smith was the most consistent passer on the court and an exceptional defensive presence, recording 17 digs in just four sets. She was the best middle blocker on the floor, consistently asserting her presence at the net with excellent blocking fundamentals. Bourff moves laterally well, uses her length effectively, and does an outstanding job of spreading her hands to take away space and close hitting angles. Beyond her blocking prowess, she was consistently available in transition, particularly on quick one-ball sets, where she could terminate in both directions. While Brownsburg's 6-2 offense limited the opportunity to evaluate her slide attack, Bourff showed the movement, instincts, and net presence of a high-level M2 with plenty of potential at the next level.

[player_tooltip player_id='435850' first='Anabelle' last='Schembra'] is already a household name in Indiana volleyball with her future at UCF secured, but her regional performance proved she deserves every bit of the recognition. She impacted the game in every phase, including one area where even elite setters can struggle: defense. Schembra led her team with 20 digs in just four sets, showcasing relentless effort and a refusal to let a ball hit the floor. As a setter, she is accurate and intentional, understanding when to mix it up, where to go, and which hitters have the hot hand—or need a different look. Add in a few blocks and a dangerous serve when she finds her rhythm, and Schembra brings the complete package. Her competitive fire makes her not only an effective player, but an absolute joy to watch.

Orlando is the kind of workhorse every team needs: a player who doesn't seek the spotlight but consistently proves she deserves it. Throughout this regional matchup, she quietly picked apart the opposing defense with her right-side attack, particularly down the line. Her ability to hit an efficient, effective line shot from the opposite pin is among the best I've seen from players in this age group. Pair that offensive precision with fundamentally sound blocking, and you have a right-side threat who brings tremendous value to her team. What may set Orlando apart most, though, is her court presence. She plays with fierce confidence without arrogance, delivers when the pressure is on, and celebrates her teammates' successes just as enthusiastically as her own. She lets her game do the talking—and it has plenty to say.

Gilliard is the player who immediately catches your attention in warmups: explosive, exceptionally athletic, and intimidating with her sheer power. What makes her so exciting, though, is that everything you see in warmups translates directly to match play. She hits with authority against even a well-formed block and has the athleticism to shut down opposing hitters at the net. During this regional matchup, her offensive versatility was especially impressive. Gilliard attacked effectively from multiple points along the net, executing the shoot set, two-ball up the middle, back-row attack, and right-side attack with both power and efficiency. Just as encouraging has been her continued improvement in the back row, where stronger defensive and passing contributions are making her a legitimate six-rotation player who can stay on the court in every rotation.
