Freshmen Taking Charge On The Court

Being a young kid on the court is never easy, especially when you're going up against the best players in the state. You're not only trying to prove yourself against upperclassmen, but you also have to do everything you can to keep your spot on the court. Being a small fish in a big pond can be extremely stressful, but these freshmen have taken that challenge and flourished at the varsity level.

Enjoying my posts and evaluations? You would never guess Josie is only a freshman, given how she plays at such a high level. Everything about her is advanced compared to most freshmen. From her ball control to her IQ, she not only outplays most underclassmen, but even gives some of the elite upperclassmen a run for her money. Hall is a promising six-rotation player for the Wolfpack who has already become one of their top scorers. I'm excited to see how she contributes over the next four years.

Hegarty has done a fantastic job so far working alongside junior Charlotte Patee to run the Crusaders' offense.
