<p>The 4th seed out of district 4 has won its way into the quarterfinal round and will face district foe, Keller. They already beat number 1 Weatherford in a 5-set thriller. Southlake Carroll will try to keep its hot streak going and take down district rival Keller in the quarterfinal round. Freshman <strong>Kinsley Young</strong> had a huge impact for the Dragons on the block and libero<strong> [player_tooltip player_id='180982' first='Caleigh' last='King']</strong> was dominant on the back row.</p>

<h3>Ridgepoint</h3>

<p>Ridgepoint completed a reverse sweep over the Cy Fair Bobcats last weekend. They were down 0-2 to start the game and bounced back to win in 5. They got good results from all three positions on the front row and rallied back for the win. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='87531' first='Sydney' last='Jordan']</strong> and <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='212725' first='Kennedi' last='Rogers']</strong> led the way on offense. The lady Panthers have been averaging double-digit kills per set. If they can keep this up we might see them in the Regional Tournament.</p>

<h3>Bridgeland</h3>

<p>Bridgeland won a stunner against Grand Oaks Friday night. They had a very solid game from senior outside <strong>Olivia Waggoner </strong>on both offense and defense. Both setters for Bridgeland <strong>Lauren McIntyre</strong> and<strong> [player_tooltip player_id='446454' first='Lauren' last='Baek']</strong> played a solid game on defense and stayed calm and collected on offense. They will play district rival Langham Creek, who has also been playing really well through their portion of the bracket.</p>

<h3>McAllen Memorial</h3>

<p>McAllen Memorial defeated Gregory-Portland last week in 5 sets. They had 4 hitters in double-digit kills, led by junior <strong>Amare Hernandez</strong> with 20. Junior libero <strong>Madisyn Sosa</strong> picked up the back row in defense, leading her team with 16 digs. They will face Flour Bluff in the Regional round.</p>

<p>Canton got the rare reverse sweep over Kaufman over the weekend, winning the last 3 sets of the match. They had a strong blocking and serving game all around.<strong> Allison Rickman</strong> had several kills down the stretch for Canton that pushed them to a win. Other standouts were <strong>Arianna Pickens </strong>and [player_tooltip player_id='233195' first='Georgia' last='crayton'].</p>

<p>Splendora narrowly won over district 18 winner Bullard in 5 sets. Senior outside <strong>Beth Owens</strong> had herself a game with 15 kills and only 5 errors over 5 sets. Senior setter <strong>Falon Buford</strong> had a phenomenal game, setting the game-winning point to Owens. Splendora will try to survive another week as they go into the Regional round.</p>
