Rogers was again the centerpiece of her AVA TX 17 Adidas team that ranked third in the 17 Open division, collecting seven wins and just two losses. Extremely explosive and technical, she was very solid at the net, hitting a quicker set to beat the block when in system and using her power to put the ball down when opponents were ready for her. Rogers also did a very solid job with her passing, being targeted by opponents at times and handling it well and remaining consistent. She was on and off with her topspin jump serve, getting some aces and getting opponents out of system, but also making errors.

Rogers will be the centerpiece of her team AVA TX 17 Adidas in the 17 Open division. One of the most popular players of her class in the Houston area, she’s a complete prospect, who can do it all on the court. Rogers is incredibly athletic and stopping her at the net is a task not many succeed at. Besides getting off the floor extremely well, she has a complete offense and uses her weapons very smartly to beat blockers and defenders. Because her offense is so good, Rogers’ ball control and defensive efforts are at times overlooked, but she’s very solid and productive on that side of the ball too. The outside hitter has also developed a very powerful topspin jump serve which causes a lot of problems for opponents.

The junior outside hitter was the only one of Ridge Point’s key players to perform somewhat near her usual level. Rogers’ offense was excellent for most of the match and kept the Panthers in the game in moments when not much more was working for them. She had good success swinging in the left and from the middle back position and also contributed defensively, making several acrobatic saves. Rogers also displayed strong leadership, leading the talks during timeouts and communicating with her teammates the entire time. Her topspin jump serve didn’t work as well as on other occasions, which also made things difficult for her team.

Rogers had arguably the most dominant performance I’ve watched this season, playing a central role in Ridge Point’s emphatic victory by not only helping the team in several areas of the game, but actually making a difference in each of them. She started the match at full power and never slowed down, creating all sorts of problems for George Ranch. Rogers was hitting bombs across the net all night and wasn’t much challenged, getting some bounces and swings that blockers and defenders had absolutely no chance of stopping – she also mixed things up well with tips. The outside hitter had an amazing serving run on set one that paved the way for the Panthers’ easy victory. She was also solid on the backcourt, handling well the serves that went her way and getting a lot of touches on defense.

One of the top players in the class of 2025 in the entire state, Rogers is a powerful and very complete outside hitter. The offense is probably what stands out the most in her game as she gets off the floor really well, has a heavy right arm and excellent shot selection to put the ball down. There’s much more she does for her teams, though, including passing at a very high level and making important defensive plays on the back. Rogers is also consistently improving her top spin jumpserve, which has the potential to become a very important weapon for the teams she plays for.
