About Jillian

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

My first touch is soft and manageable for a setter to set a hitter that will be capable of putting the ball away without a problem. I’m capable of reading balls during serve receive and communicating with the rest of my defenders is no problem at all.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I take accountability when it’s my fault, no need to blame it on someone else. I stay focused and capable of moving from play to play. I play a calm and effective game with good ball control.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I’m currently involved in Madison County Hay Relief Barn. I’m in charged of reaching out to the community hay producers for donations of hay to fill the barn. The hay will be used for those 4-h and FFA exhibitors that don’t have resources for hay, and also hay will be used for any local, state or national disaster.

Hardy will be with The Woodlands Skyline 16 Royal in the 16 USA division in Vegas. She’s a player of impressive defensive instincts as she’s always in the right spot to make plays, be it on defense or when covering her hitters. Hardy also works hard on the backcourt and has great technique, which allows her to get a lot of touches on defense. The libero also plays an important role in organizing the team and encouraging her teammates with her vocal style on the court.
