Nebraska 2025 Rankings Update: Stock Risers

The Grand Island outside hitter burst onto the national scene right away when she competed with VCNebraska 17 Elite at January's Northern Lights Qualifier. Few outside hitters in the state terminated like she did, and that came immediately after a successful club campaign with Nebraska Elite. But Dalton is now thriving in new colors this year, jumping into a Nebraska ONE 16 Synergy lineup that has produced plenty of its own headlines. Hagedorn has given us some of that novelty in the 2023 club season. She is bringing some serious ball control and passing skills to the Premier Nebraska gym after already proving that she can be a lethal and versatile attacker. She put up eye-popping numbers with Lincoln Pius X last fall and continued her positive momentum at our Nebraska Top 250 Showcase last December. She took the reins of the Elkhorn South offense last fall and led a program that now has big yearly expectations. When 2023 arrived, Ringenberg was called up to Nebraska Elite's top 16s team. Throughout 2023, this versatile attackers has demonstrated the many ways she can take over a match from the frontcourt. VCNebraska has gotten big contributions from Evangelho at middle blocker and opposite. The savvy setter is running the show for the aforementioned VCNebraska 16 Elite, and the new role has been a perfect fit. Anderson's style resembles many of the other twitchy, dynamic setters who are currently in the VCN gym. Miller has been tabbed to this year's 16 Maverick team and has adapted well to the added pressure that comes with the move. She can pass nails in serve receive and will gladly go pass-to-attack to show off her full repertoire in the frontcourt. Covalt joins the club's 16 Black group from Seward, and this talented libero has proven herself through some year-round stat-stuffing prowess. After leading the Bluejays to a state championship appearance last fall, Covalt stayed in her groove and elevated Nebraska ONE's defensive in early-season club action. Congrove has locked down the end line for 16 Navy, which is coming off a great outing at last month's Presidents' Day Classic. Premier 16 Black has leaned on this physical attacker often, and Hrbek has delivered in so many ways already.
