Look Who We Found! New People for 2025 Rankings

We don't like admitting we miss players in our ranking updates but it's the truth. With the number of players playing the sport (which is a beautiful thing), it's a challenge to find everyone. Our team tries to research as much as possible by watching matches, looking at stats, talking to trusted sources, etc but we still fall short. But the silver lining is they are always found at some point and that is the case with our latest updates with the class of 2025. Here are players making their first showing in our rankings.   [player_tooltip player_id='349614' first='Bella' last='Bishop'] - OH - Lee's Summit West/Mavs - 32   Bishop is the newest highest-ranked player in our updated ranking. She enters after playing in 96 sets as a sophomore, up from 17 as a freshman. She was huge for the Titans in 2022 with 243 digs as a three-rotation player. She will continue to develop in the passing and defense and continue to blossom.   [player_tooltip player_id='349615' first='Kylee' last='Richey'] - MB- Versailles/Missouri Jrs - 45   The middle was a monster in 2022 which is why she enters the rankings at 45. She raised havoc for opponents scoring at will and tallying over 500 kills and 100 blocks. She plays her club ball for Missouri Jrs.   [player_tooltip player_id='261299' first='Grace' last='Blacklock'] - MB - Northland Christian/Club North - 46   Blacklock is one of the players I had the opportunity to see live in district action last fall and she stood out immediately as a player we need to track moving forward. She had 199 kills in her sophomore campaign and has looked good for Club North this club season.   [player_tooltip player_id='237704' first='Gabrielle' last='Clinkscale'] - OH - Ladue Watkins/Rockwood - 47   Clinkscale is an explosive player with a lot of potential in the sport. She is smart with her shots and shows she can get up and defend at the net.   [player_tooltip player_id='261315' first='Scarlett' last='Frace'] - DS/L - Lee's Summit West/Club North - 56   Frace small some varsity action in her sophomore season and took advantage with 60+digs and 180 receptions. She is another of the key defenders for a very strong Club North 16s team.   [player_tooltip player_id='244664' first='Ally' last='Fuchs'] - DS/L - Incarnate Word - 57   We had quite a few defenders make their way into the rankings and we added Fuchs at 57. She is a very solid defender with a great platform and good footwork to the ball. She plays her club ball with HPSTL.   [player_tooltip player_id='221012' first='Rylee' last='Adams'] - OH - Odessa/Legends - 59   Odessa gets into the rankings with Adams in the 59th spot. The pin had a very productive season in 2022 with 260 kills, up from the 85 she had in her first high school season. She also increased her defensive numbers with close to 200 digs.   [player_tooltip player_id='349618' first='Olivia' last='Lowder'] - DS/L - St. Clair/FC United - 61   475 digs and an all-state honor for our 61st-ranked player in our update. She is tough and fearless in the back row. and will go through things and people to get to a ball.   [player_tooltip player_id='261316' first='Zo' last='Barnes'] - OH - Lee's Summit West - 62   Lee's Summit West was young in 2022 and Barnes was another of those pieces who provided a spark plug offensively. She played in 64 sets and delivered 100 kills in her first year of varsity ball.   [player_tooltip player_id='231739' first='Kennedy' last='Jones'] - MB - Francis Howell North/Rockwood - 63   Jones is one of our high-potential players we want to keep watching grow in the game. She has the size and length and does many things well now but will only keep getting better. She is above average defensively. She is good with her swing in front of the setter.
