Hogan enjoyed a super junior season this past fall in helping Beckman Catholic reach the state tournament. She led the Trailblazers with 506 digs. Her 75 assists speak to her ability to control the two ball and deliver to the pins. I saw Hogan at the state tournament and again in January at the Rochester M1 Elite Scrimmages. That CIA 17 Black team went on to secure a Freedom Division bid to the USAV National Tournament this summer in Indianapolis. Hogan flashes quick reflexes in the back row. She moves well laterally and covers a lot of the court. Hogan can deaden the pace of the attack and turn it into accurate passes. She puts herself in position to make plays by reading the opposition and tracking the ball well. A potent service game also leads to positive results for her team.
