Prep Dig Kansas released new rankings today for the class of 2026.

That class now has 175 ranked athletes and 46 athletes are making their debuts in the rankings.

Athletes, parents, and coaches can click on the “How We Rank” story under the “Rankings” menu to learn more about the process of ranking players.

While I strive for perfection, I also understand that mistakes and typos happen. If you have questions about the rankings or see a mistake please feel free to DM me on social media @KSScoutDeck or email me at deckscoutks@gmail.com.

Remember you attract more bees with honey than you do vinegar. If you send me a negative or rude email do not expect a reply. Also, keep in mind we do not update rankings on a week-to-week basis. Once an athlete is ranked in a spot, they stay there until the next round of rankings. We do attempt to update the rankings three to four times a year.

Here is the second of multiple reports covering the rankings update. It consists of five prospects who are all making their debuts in the rankings and are among the Top 30 prospects. Each of them I saw play this summer so their skills are fresh in my mind.

[player_tooltip player_id='553835' first='Brecken' last='Boudreaux'], 5'11”, MB, Beloit

Beloit's Boudreaux debuts in the No. 14 slot. Boudreaux might as well be Cajun for athletic. This youngster is quick, strong, and flies around the court. She is a six-rotation player in the making who has superpower bounce in her game. I am not sure she will play middle at the college level, but she can play any position on the court. I scouted Boudreux at a summer league tournament in Abilene and she was one of the top prospects at the event.

[player_tooltip player_id='551328' first='Tinley' last='Travis'], 5'7”, OH, Maize

Travis is super athletic and debuts at No. 15 overall. I first saw her play at a summer event at Butler Community College. Travis is a jumper with a heavy swing. She plays solid defense for the Eagles and is an athlete that a college program could build around or plugin as a utility position. The college program that gobbles her up will want to play her right away as a freshman.

[player_tooltip player_id='518884' first='Avery' last='Willey'], 5'7”, DS/L, Shawnee Heights

The highest-ranked libero is new to the rankings and debuts at No. 21 overall. I saw Shawnee Heights libero compete in summer action at Seaman. She has quick feet, a quiet frame, and hustles to make tough digs. There is a lot of movement taking place in the club ranks so it will be interesting to see where she lands and how her junior season with the Thunderbirds goes.

[player_tooltip player_id='551804' first='Addison' last='Schwinn'], 5'10”, MB, Jefferson West

Schwinn debuts at No. 29 overall and is a physical hitter. I saw Schwinn play in a summer tournament at Seaman. She is a born leader and is the emotional spark for Jeff West's squad. She has the special combination of size and a big reach that college coaches look for from blockers.

[player_tooltip player_id='554328' first='Ryann' last='Langvardt'], 6'0”, MB, Wamego

I was impressed enough with one of Langvardt's matches to slot her into the No. 30 position as a debuting athlete. I caught Wamego playing in Abilene in a June tournament. Wamego was missing important pieces and testing new rotations, but Langvardt did not skip a beat. Her game will need to continue to evolve to move up the rankings and improve her recruitment stock. She would also benefit by beefing up her social media account with highlights and attending a college camp or two to get play in front of college coaches.
