This is my third evaluation of her. At this point you would think she would be ranked higher. Each time I watch her she leaves me impressed. Good athleticism, quick arm swing, runs the quick tempo sets at different areas of the net.

This year her high school team fell one win short of playing in states. They lost in five sets in a semi-final Regional match to Colgan. A win there would have qualified them for states. Once at the dance anything can happen.

Definitely a player I need to seek out to take a longer look at. Watching Colonial Forge play in the Colgan Jamboree brought out some bangers who hit well from the middle and right side. At that time I did not have names to associate with numbers but looking back at my old notes she was one of those bangers in the middle.

This is her second appearance on a dozen list. She played well at the Shamrock Showdown leading 540 to a first place finish. While they fell short of a first place finish at the East Coast championship they almost upset the number one seed Virginia Juniors in the first round of the gold bracket, losing to them in the third set 15-13

Karinne shows good athleticism in the middle, with quick, fluid movements. She can put up a strong block as well as power down the quick tempo sets. A player on the rise that you can watch at AAUs in the Elite Division.

Karinne plays a solid middle for 540. She has the ability to hit her quick sets along all areas of the net. Her middle play helped 540 Volleyball Academy to finish first at the Shamrock Showdown. She brings a strong physical presence at the net with a quick whip like swing with her arm action.

This year she should have an opportunity to team with Jasmine Williams Jasmine Williams 5'11" | MB Colonial Forge | 2026 State VA to play middle for Colonial Forge.

Another middle for Colonial Forge. At 6’0″ she brings some height to the position. When she blocks her hands extend over the net. She also seems to transition well to get in a good position to hit. Her quick tempo sets are struck at a number of locations along the net.

For a class of 2027 it will be interesting to watch her develop. Next year an opportunity exists to play on the Colonial Forge varsity. She will team with Jasmine Williams Jasmine Williams 5'11" | MB Colonial Forge | 2026 State VA to form two quality middles. This could result in the Eagles return to the state playoffs.
