High-flying and relentless, Blaine is a hyperathletic stud of an athlete that can hammer from anywhere, but finds her best work is done on the left pin. Earning a bronze medal in 15 Open at last year’s GJNC, she’s already done some showing out this year, winning the truncated Central Zone and the Nike President’s Day Classic in Saint Louis. Look for her to do some more winning once regionals come around.

A regular in the PrepDig Showcase circuit, Blaine is a high-flying, hard-hitting and springy outside that can terminate at will in-system. She has her all-around game working—-that pass-to-attack that coaches covet from their outsides is rounding out her entire skill set quite nicely. Well-trained, well-disciplined and well-coached, Blaine is a top-20 recruit for good reasons, and should only get better from here.

What can be said that hasn’t already been said about this high-flying outside? Time and time again, Blaine was the terminal end of a point in both the drill section and the full-team section of play on Sunday. From the start, it was obvious to us as scouts that her athleticism and level of play is off the charts, and it shouldn’t be long before college scouts start noticing. Already a medalist in 15 Open this past summer in Dallas, many more accolades are coming their way for this young lady, which should also include offers starting in the summer of ’26.

A repeat attendee to our showcases, Blaine got to REALLY show us what she’s made of going against older competition in yesterday’s session. High-flying and terminal, Blaine is a hammer from the left side that loves a fast offense. Bottom line—she just moves differently than most outsides her age, and that fact was proved time and time again in drills on Sunday. Blaine is a dynamic, 15-open-medal-winning outside that is already jumping over ten feet and should make some college coach happy once mid-June of 2026 comes around.

Another repeat attendee to our showcases, Blaine is the highest-flying kid on today’s list of attendees. She’s a terminal, six-rotation outside that can put balls away in any tempo and at any angle. I like her all-around game; she’s not just a banger, she can play a little defense as well as receive serve in a pinch if needed. Playing on a medal-winning team in 15 Open in Dallas, Blaine’s ability to compete among the best of the best nationwide should supercede her size, as she was more than adept at competing against bigger competition.

High-flying and playing beyond her maturity level, Miss Adams has a solid high school background to go along with her extended Circle training she’s received this spring season. With her whip of an arm, balls hit the floor quickly, and mostly without time for the defense to adjust. I like how she continues to “go for it” despite what the score lists. Able to terminate from either pin in a pinch, Blaine’s future is that of an outside who can play all six rotations well.

Speaking of high-flying, Blaine carries herself in her play as if she’s much older than expected. At least that’s what I thought when I first saw her at our showcase in the fall. Miss Adams can get UP, and terminate with pace that’s not normally seen in a package as compact as hers. Yet another from the Northeast side of Indy that can jump out of the gym, she’s even willing to play multiple positions just so that the drill can continue with other kids’ reps in mind. An athlete AND a classy teammate? Sign me up.

Blaine is a high-flying, six-rotation outside that has the potential to take over a match at any time. I’ve personally watched her do so at our showcases in the past, and she’s more than owned the court when drills or play goes south. Her leadership is in her play, and the various ways she can lead are obvious—scoring points, hitting the floor, doing the little things necessary to win—not everyone has those traits in their DNA, let alone finding those traits in someone as young as Blaine. The character is high, the play is elite, and the work ethic is relentless. What more do you need?

If you want to see a pin hitter who can jump out of the gym, look no further than Miss Adams. Blaine can hit effectively from either pin, oftentimes swinging OVER the block to get a kill. She has no fear when she is attacking and is certainly not intimidated by a big block, which allows her to get some monster kills both around the blockers or off of them. When she works to get deep off the net in transition, it’s almost always a sure thing that a huge kill is coming next. Like Utterback, she has the ability to hit multiple shots on both pins, including line, sharp cross and high hands. Blaine can also pass and swing to hit which I saw her do efficiently quite a few times – she was calm when passing, never got aced and was comfortable going from passing to attacking. The sky is quite literally the limit with this young player.

Fast, elite and terminal, Blaine is an absolute athLETE when playing this sport we love. If she’s not at ten feet in her attack touch yet, she’s pretty close. Her arm swing is a whip, and can hit all of the angles. When I first saw her back in August, I was surprised to find out that she was “only” a freshman. Her maturity, coupled with her athleticism, will make her an elite recruit moving forward.
