Please officially welcome Miss Ponchak to the State Rankings. She is currently ranked as the 81st best overall player according to our Prep Dig California State Rankings. She plays for Huntington Beach High School and also plays sand volleyball for Spiker Beach. Taylor is one of those awesome players who utilizes their athleticism in many ways when they play the game. When she takes an approach to swing, she has one thing in mind…KILL the ball with authority! It is almost like she has a huge grudge with the ball and just wants to hit it as hard as she possibly can. This young lady takes one of the most violent swings I have ever seen in an attacker. During this high school season, she has been a very prolific scorer but she has recently chosen to play college volleyball on the sand for Stanford next year. The two-sport stud shines in outdoor volleyball and there is no doubt that it has helped her be super explosive during indoor. Her overall ball control is one main reason why we chose her to add to this prestigious list of ballers. Please help us congratulate her on earning a spot in our California State Rankings.
