About Gavin

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I keep the opponents on their toes as I strategize my hitting patterns, I have a dominant force at the net. My offense is quick as my defense is too. I cover to mater what.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I always try to make people have fun. People use volleyball as an escape, and just enjoying the time you have with your team, and encouraging them when they’re doing drill or on the court makes a huge difference.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I have won “The American Region School Award” my 8th grade year at Creekside intermediate. “A/B honor roll” for the past three years of middle school. “President Education Award Program” for outstanding academic achievement my 8th grade year. “Hip-hop & Jazz Funk Class Scholarship” for $150 in the summer of 2022. I did dance from age 1-11. Wolf Pride award in 6th grade at Westbrook intermediate.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

My mom at a young age to always donate to people who are in need. Just because you may not like something doesn't mean someone else doesn't.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

My dad had a stroke my 8th grade year, its caused my family to change our lifestyle trying to help him out.

What type of college are you looking for?

A big college where the coaches are amazing and they have angood winning record.

Cramer had an intense and interesting duel with Voskuhl at the net during most of the match. A very athletic player, she didn’t hold anything back when she went up to swing and demonstrated tremendous firepower in her right arm. The sophomore middle also had a solid defensive presence, being very active at the net and getting several touches. Cramer was always alert and did a good job of dealing with overpasses and winning 50-50 duels at the net.
