About Flynn

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Vocal, competitive, wants the ball, goes for everything mentality

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Competitive but likes to have fun on the court, and celebrate teammates

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Student Council Vice President, student of the month multiple times

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

My dad’s job has moved our family around so I have had to learn at a very young age to be adaptable and personable. This has also taught me to find my voice and be a leader in and off the court.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Moving has been difficult and having to find new volleyball clubs. This past year the club I played for ceased operations and it was hard to decide on what to do in terms of staying with my team with a club that is just starting out or joining a new team in a club that has been around longer. I also had my first injury. breaking my foot, sitting out and the rehab was difficult but challenged me.

What type of college are you looking for?

My ultimate goal is to play Division I. But I would want a college that fits me personally, would allow me to grow as a player and individual and would also allow me to make an impact in the program.
