Charlie is currently an unranked prospect in the 2028 Class according to our Prep Dig Texas State Rankings, but that is only because I have not released them yet. She plays volleyball at O'Connor High School and plays club for the Alamo volleyball program. There were some really amazing middles on full display at this prestigious tournament and one of the most active middles I saw was Miss George. Rarely was she not ready to attack quickly on every attempt. One of the hardest things to do on a volleyball court is to be involved in a long rally as a middle and have to patrol the net pin to pin and transition to attack after every unsuccessful block. It is beyond tiring and most middles' energy dies out after a few rallies, but not Charlie. She was fighting on every rally and never gave up. She knows her role and plays it with aggressiveness. When she does get the opportunity to swing on the ball, it is a violent and vicious attack that is difficult to defend against not only because of the sheer power that she hits the ball with, but more importantly the speed of the tempo is at a blistering pace. I loved how high her motor was throughout the match I watched. If you play this team, you will have no choice but to contend with her physical style of play. She communicates well to her teammates, pushes them to be better and leads by example with her energy. I cannot wait to rank this position in her grad class, because she deserves to be on it.

Chloe is currently an unranked prospect in the 2028 Class according to our Prep Dig Texas State Rankings, but that is only because I have not released them yet. She plays volleyball at Anderson High School and plays club for the Austin Junior volleyball program. You cannot teach height is what a lot of premier coaches say and they are absolutely right. Miss Frizzell has a lot of it and uses it to her advantage on both sides of the ball. As an attacker, she uses every inch of her long reach to contact the ball at her highest touch and that makes it very difficult for blockers to time it well to slow her down. What was also super impressive was the fact that she was able to run every route effectively and with speed and precision. While most taller middles have some trouble running a fast slide, Chloe was able to catch up to the ball at the pin with no issues and crush it. As a blocker, her lateral movement was excellent as she wasted no time closing the block with her outside blocker. As I watched her footwork while closing the block, I noticed that she didn't waste time with unnecessary extra steps and was very efficient time and time again. I also loved how she really drove her feet into the ground while attacking “fifty-one” sets in true first tempo timing. We will keep our eyes on this young lady moving forward and you should also.

Julia is currently an unranked prospect in the 2028 Class according to our Prep Dig Georgia State Rankings, but will for sure be on the national rankings whenever they are released by our publication. She plays volleyball at Mount Paran Christian School and plays club for the A5 volleyball program in Georgia. It is fair to say that she might have been the best middle in the entire age group this past weekend. I would stand up and vote for her twice if need be from what I saw. It is difficult to have such a true impact in the middle position for an entire match, but Miss Clarke is one of those players that you have to account for them wherever she is on the court. This young lady was just playing on a completely different level than everyone else in the position all weekend long. The power that she swings with is second to none and this squad uses her early and often in their offensive scheme. Anyone who went up against her should try to pinch their wing blockers inside as much as possible out of serve receive to have a better shot at trying to slow her down. If not, it will be very difficult to stop her. When she scored for her squad, it almost felt like it was worth multiple points due to the frenzy that ensued after the refs whistle. Everyone was cheering with excitement when she attacked the ball. Her energy and aggressiveness was contagious to say the least. If you have not gotten the opportunity to watch her play, you should really take the time to see her. You will not be disappointed if you stop by her court.
