, a 2028 outside hitter from Absolute 16 Black, valued the opportunity at NTDP to refine her attacking game. “I really enjoyed learning more techniques for swinging off of the block and aiming for high hands,” she said. “I’m excited to implement that in the upcoming season.”
The pillar that resonated most with Carolina was Mind. “We worked a lot on breathing techniques and staying disciplined in high-pressure situations,” she explained, noting how the focus on mental approach will help her stay composed on the court.
She found inspiration in Sofia Simic. “She had been to NTDP before and she was encouraging to everyone around her,” Carolina shared. “She was a hard worker and fought for every point.”
Among the coaches, Hillary Hurley from Pepperdine stood out. “I loved her consistent feedback and she was always there to hype us up,” Carolina said. “One thing she taught me was how to dive on the block.”

stays consistent on the outside and brings a calm, composed presence to her position. She uses the block to her advantage, snapping through seams and placing the ball with clear intention. Her shot selection shows maturity. She doesn’t force swings, instead she reads the defense and mixes power with control to keep plays alive and points coming. What stands out most is her growth. She has made huge strides this club season in her development, especially in how she approaches the game mentally and tactically. I truly believe she’s just getting started, and her ceiling is still rising. ~ Michelle Bamford @Coachable247

continues to be a force on the outside, combining power and shot variety to keep defenders off balance. She attacks the ball at sharp angles and brings just as much heat from the back row as she does in the front. Carolina’s ability to connect on tempo sets, even in out-of-system plays, shows her adaptability and offensive range. She also reads hitters well and controls her block with confidence. ~ Michelle Bamford @Coachable247

brings consistency across the board, whether it’s her footwork, shot selection, or on-court communication, she executes with poise and purpose. Her blocking presence at the net adds another layer to her already well-rounded game.
While experience will only sharpen her further, she’s already performing at a standout level. With more reps and time on the court, Carolina is poised to take her game even higher.
There’s no better validation than a nod from a college coach, and when Coach Murray from Cal gave his stamp of approval after one of her thunderous hits, it was clear: Carolina was one of the top performers in the gym. ~ Michelle Bamford @Coachable247

knows how to win. On the first day of play at the PNQ, her team went undefeated, and Carolina’s contributions were pivotal to their success. Whether it’s her consistent footwork, smart hitting selection, or vocal leadership on the court, she embodies the kind of athlete who finds ways to make an impact in every rally. Her blocking presence at the net is strong, sealing off opposing hitters and keeping her team in control of the game.
What sets Carolina apart is her composure and court sense, she plays with a maturity beyond her years, consistently making the right reads and staying focused even when the pressure is high. The one area where she could grow is simply gaining more experience and adding more matches under her belt, which will come with time. With her current trajectory, though, it’s clear that Carolina is a winner through and through. College coaches looking for a competitor who knows how to lead and deliver when it counts should keep a close eye on

Carolina is currently an unranked prospect in the 2028 Class according to our Prep Dig California State Rankings, but that is only because we have not released them yet. She plays volleyball at Marin Catholic High School and plays club for the Absolute volleyball program. There is a quote from many famous coaches across all sports and that is, “You cannot teach height!” Yes, this is true and Miss Delaney has tons of it. Now the problem with a lot of taller players is that it takes them a few years more than others to gain their strength and coordination. Carolina is way ahead of the curve and has it all together already at this young age. What I loved about her play is how she was ready and willing to be a “go to” hitter whether she was in the front row or the back row for her squad. I also loved how she took hard driven approaches to gain as much momentum in her vertical as possible. While a lot of taller players don’t do this and rely on their height, Miss Delaney is playing very hard to get as much into her jump as she can. She also has some great court vision that allowed her to score in a variety of ways on the court with line shots, timely off-speed shots, and hard driven balls against the block. I strongly encourage every college coach to put her name on your short list right now. Please help us congratulate her on earning a Top Performer award for her individual play.

, a 6’2” outside hitter for Absolute 15-1s, showcased her skill and leadership during a standout performance at the 16 Open division, where her team earned an impressive 3rd-place finish. One of the highlights of her weekend was the noticeable progress she’s made with her serve, increasing both its speed and contact point to add more power and precision. Faced with the challenge of losing a key outside hitter to an ankle injury, Carolina stepped up as a leader, uniting her team and encouraging them to elevate their play. Her ability to inspire her teammates during adversity underscores her value as a dependable leader.
Carolina is committed to continual growth and aims to refine the speed and accuracy of her serve while improving her back-row passing. She is determined to be the hardest-working player both on and off the court, believing in the importance of consistent effort and dedication. College coaches will find a player in Carolina who not only excels in her role but also uplifts those around her, embodying the qualities of a leader who is always ready to go the extra mile for her team. ~ Michelle Bamford @Coachable247
