McDonald has excellent length and is well-trained, having come through the Lynden High School and Apex NW programs. The 2028 MB/RS prospect is a true 6’0″, and she puts up a solid wall as a blocker. Mcdonald has been working on the right side for Apex NW 15 Summit, and her footwork and arm swing are delivering good results. She can work the ball to the line and the seam and has a high contact point that lets her hit over and around the block.
