Foster controls the offense when she is on the court with a calmness not often seen in young players. You never know if she is going press a ball out to the pin or dump one making an unsuspecting middle feel embarrassed. She will continue to grow and learn in the great Farmington program behind Kolie Beach Kolie Beach 5'4" | S/DS/L Farmington | 2027 State AR and Emily Hedrick, but if the time comes and she is called upon, she will jump in with both feet.

Foster exhibits an advanced level of composure, decision-making, and volleyball IQ that sets her apart within her age group. She runs a balanced and efficient offense, demonstrating the ability to vary tempo and distribution while consistently putting hitters in advantageous positions. Her quickness and footwork allow her to stay square to the target, even in out-of-system situations, and she delivers a clean, consistent ball across all zones. She shows a strong understanding of opposing defenses, making real-time adjustments and incorporating crafty second-contact decisions to keep blockers off balance. Overall, her combination of speed, intelligence, and control projects her as a high-level floor general with significant long-term potential. This past weekend, she helped guide her team to a 7-0 finish and a gold medal.
