About Katelynn

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a hustler and leader on the court. I am always uplifting and put my team before myself. I always step on the court to play with a purpose and grit.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am a very uplifting and positive person. On the court I am also encouraging while maintaining a calm and even mindset.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am involved in Best Buddies at my school. It is essentially where students compete in different sports tournaments with those with disabilities. I have also receive the platinum award for all A’s each semester.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have learned leadership, goal setting, perseverance, and many other qualities that are essential to who I am.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I have not faced any significant challenges but I have learned many significant life lessons from volleyball.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a college with a great team culture and a coaching staff that puts players first. I also am looking for a college with good academics.
