Kentucky Performance Volleyball 15s Teams Overview

The setters are Perry Central (Indiana) freshman [player_tooltip player_id='749647' first='Andi' last='Albin'] and Ohio County freshman MiKiyleigh Hall. Hall also plays some middle and outside hitter.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The team has some solid hitters led by Owensboro freshman standout [player_tooltip player_id='739816' first='Ayrish' last='Barksdale']. The other outside hitters are freshman Emma Roberts, Edmonson County freshman Brookelyn Simon, Henderson County freshman Emmy Sword and freshman Klaudia Hayden. University Heights freshman [player_tooltip player_id='612020' first='Taylor' last='Cantrell'] is the middle blocker.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>This team has put together a respectable season. She played a big role in leading the Devils to the first region championship in program history. Her club and high school teams take advantage of her quick arm swings. She throws in lefthanded swings to catch opponents off-guard. Cantrell can place soft ones in the middle of the court on one play then deposit harder ones to different parts of the court on the next play. Sword has demonstrated the ability to produce at all six spots on the court. Sword takes back sets and sends them to different parts of the court. She's tough on her line shots.
