Brooklyn Kingsley Brooklyn Kingsley 5'2" | DS/L/S McKinney | 2029 TX plays bigger than her frame suggests and that has been one of the most consistent things about her every time I have watched her compete. Her game has been built on anticipation and first-step quickness and she has shown enough of both to earn her official watch list placement. What I am looking forward to seeing on Sunday is whether her platform angle consistency holds up against the level of serve and attack she will face in this setting. Kingsley plays her high school ball for McKinney and represents Excel at the club level. The libero has been named a top performer in past events and should be among the standouts in the position this weekend with her technical and efficient game. A serve-receive specialist, Kingsley does a great job of keeping her team in system with her ability to quickly move her feet towards the ball and her intelligence to produce accurate angles with her arms to make contact and get it to her setter. Her quickness makes of her an excellent defender, too, and the libero is very disciplined when it comes to covering her hitters, recovering many balls this way.
