The prospects range from 5'9" uber athletes to 6'3" blocking machines and everything in between. The five middles covered here are an excellent representation of the talent running through the entirety of the class.

A 6'1" middle from Columbia River High School, Sheron has excellent length and athleticism. She has a relaxed platform and nice hands defensively- not something you always see in a tall, young middle. Sheron is at her best as a blocker, with a decisive press and long strides when she has to close the block. She is able to tip and swipe smartly for kills, and she showed the ability to hammer down the ball when she has the chance.

The 2027 from Liberty High School is still developing and growing her game; her strong frame, good length, and willingness to work as a blocker and in transition bode well for her continued improvement. She pressed hard at the net on the block and racked up scoring blocks in the postseason for SIVBC. Quinto is a player to keep an eye on as she progresses through her junior season.

Eshuis is a talented multi-sport athlete with a short, snappy arm swing who gets up quickly to rocket down quick sets. Her basketball and softball talents translate nicely to the volleyball court- she gets off the floor quickly, particularly as a blocker. Eshuis uncorks a quick arm swing with plenty of power, but she has the vision to see when a spot opens up for a soft tip to drop in for a kill.

Henderson checks in as the #15 middle in the rankings; at 6'0", she has nice length, strong hands, and flows easily around the court. She can run a smooth slide behind her setter, and Henderson is a solid defender and server when she has the chance to play in the back row. She will be a part of a competitive and talented Emerald Ridge program during the high school season.

Williams is a player who came on strong during the club season. Young players with size typically hit a point where things click, and the Lynnwood prospect was there in the back half of her campaign. Williams has a high contact point and can turn the ball around the block at a vicious angle. She was smartly throwing down jousts and overpasses, strong with two hands, and handled second-ball chances at the net with higher confidence. Williams should have a terrific junior year for Lynnwood before the club season with Space Needle.
