About Holland

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Athletic and energetic Libero/DS with great technical skills with court awareness and anticipation

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Aggressive and laser focused on the court. I enjoy supporting my teammates with positivity.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

PALS and Wings Club at School. These clubs provide mentorship to underclassmen

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I enjoy being a vocal leader on and off the court and being a trustworthy teammate. I like my teammates to know I have their back. I provide mentorship to underclassmen through my school PALS and Wings program.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Growing up I was always smaller in stature and had to fight my way for a positions. It’s made understand the value of being gritty and mentally tough.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a college with a supportive academic and athletic environment with an emphasis on team unity and wants to win.
