About Eliana

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I like to play calm, but also stay energetic, and keep my teams energy and confidence on the court.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Always telling myself I have the next ball, or the next ball is yours. Staying engaged in every play and even in timeouts or in between games, staying energetic, but calm helps me to stay focused. As a libero taking up as much space in defense and serve receive is important to me, and making it a good play out of it.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I was a freshman starter on varsity, and also playing up a year in club, that seemed to help with making my communication better and learning leadership by playing with older girls. I’ve learned to take leadership and to take communication seriously because I’ve had that experience playing with slightly older teammates.

She slides, but stays under control making sure 17 Nancy can get into a good rhythm. Macaulay delivers hard serves to corners for quick points.
