Wichita Area Seniors Finish Prep Careers

She is ranked No. 22 overall and has verbally committed to play for Division II Washburn University. She racked up 347 kills during her senior season and finished her career with just over 1,000-career kills. She also finished with more than 1,000-career digs. She recorded 387 kills during her junior campaign and finished with more than 1,200 kills for her career. She is ranked No. 40 overall in the Kansas Class of 2026. She flew around the world for Heights finising with career totals of 491 digs, 661 serve receptions, and 372 kills. She was a frequent participant in Prep Dig Showcases. She had a breakout hitting season for the Eagles setting career highs in kills and blocks. She had to fight for playing time at Maize and was used as a utility type player. She has the versatility and fundamental skills to play a variety of positions. Duncan finished with career totals of 198 digs, 140 kills, 220 assists, and 102 serve receptions. Whitfield had a solid senior season. Her stat line included 159 kills, 227 digs, and 288 serve receptions. She is a six rotation athlete who finished with career totals of 530 kills, 537 digs, and 538 serve receptions. "Miss 500" has verbally committed to Missouri Southern and is ranked No. 88 overall. Call me old-fashioned, but I still cringe when I see Kansas athletes sign with Missouri schools. She finished her prep career as a a member of the 1,000-dig club. She is ranked No. 108 oveall. She is also a solid soccer prospect for the Trinity Academy. Deutsch aslo collected 1,894 career serve receptions with just 160 serve reception errors.
