About Mia

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a very aggressive player who plays with a lot of intensity. I work hard in practice and in my extra trainings.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I have a confident personality and I try my hardest to work hard in everything I do. My mentality is very straightforward.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am in sports medicine in my school. I am an athletic trainer for all sports at my High school.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have been told multiple times that I am seen as a leader and I work hard for people to look up to me. I lead my team and friends in activities and I always listen to my friends if they need anything from me.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I have faced a multitude of mental challenges. I am diagnosed with ADHD, depression and anxiety. It has been very hard for me to cope with a lot of the stuff that has happened to me in the last year. I had lost a couple friends and felt I had no one for a long time. I am becoming better and have grown a lot since everything has happened to me.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for college that specifies in being an esthetician. I have been wanting to be involved in beauty for a very long time. I have also had the option of being in physical therapy or athletic training. I am also looking for a college that isn't too far from home but makes me feel at home as soon as I walk on the campus.
