1. [player_tooltip player_id='442995' first='Marlie' last='Smith'], Clarkston/Legacy: A North Carolina commit, Smith's impact is immediately felt on the floor. Not only in her ability to run an offense, but the energy and competitiveness she brings to her teammates. Her court IQ and instincts are hard for anyone to match.

2. [player_tooltip player_id='454358' first='Lily' last='Tripi'], Eisenhower/Michigan Elite: A setter/hitter combo player, Tripi can do it all for her team. At 6'1” she has a lot of advantages as a setter and can push a fast pace, but she also got the athleticism to be a major offensive and defensive force. Tripi is committed to the College of Charleston.

3. [player_tooltip player_id='490372' first='Piper' last='Cebulski'], GR Christian/FaR Out: Another setter/hitter combo player, Cebulski is able to establish some quick and impactful attacks at the net, but also has the ability to unload on the ball herself. She's definitely got the skills to play at the next level.

4. [player_tooltip player_id='471313' first='Nellie' last='Alves'], Novi/L2: Alves makes a lot of good choices and brings a lot of good leadership skills to the floor. She's added new levels to her game each year and has also stepped up her intensity each year.

5. [player_tooltip player_id='710832' first='Anneliese' last='Weber'], OLSM/Michigan Elite: Weber didn't have an opportunity to showcase herself much during the fall due to injury, but she's an outstanding talent that will bounce back. She's got good footwork and court vision to successfully lead any offense.

Others To Watch

[player_tooltip player_id='443001' first='Zoe' last='Ryan'], Flat Rock/Michigan Elite: Ryan came on strong to end 2025 after having to sit out a portion of the season after transferring to Flat Rock. Her addition propelled Flat Rock to its first D2 final. She's a gamer that communicates well and gets the most out of her hitters.

[player_tooltip player_id='512892' first='Brynn' last='Wilcox'], Bloomfield Hills/Legacy: Wilcox really took a big step forward in her game in 2025 and doesn't need to take a backseat to anyone. She worked with great hitters, but also brought the best out of them. Wilcox has really grown in confidence and consistency.

[player_tooltip player_id='523865' first='Kate' last='Belt'], Valley Lutheran/Legacy: Belt had a great season for Valley Lutheran, being among the top players in Division 3. She's not afraid to lead and take control, and her play backs up that confidence. She makes a lot of difficult sets look routine.

[player_tooltip player_id='456251' first='Alexa' last='Turner'], SMCC/Athlete HQ: Turner took a big step forward this fall, stepping into a larger role with the Kestrels.
