How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

High energy. Excellent court awarness. Competitive.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

High expectations, outgoing. Hold my self accountable. Determined and dedicated. Team player and team supporter.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

NHS

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Team captain on multiple teams. Hold myself and teammates accountable. Strive for team bonding and building relationships both on and off the court. Worked in my neighborhood on community service through my church.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Having to lift up struggling players that refuse to listen. Kept trying to keep them involved in the game and show them how they can succeed. Despite their struggles still kept them engaged durning game play.

What type of college are you looking for?

NAIA, DII or higher. One that can help me grow as a person. Provides great team unity and support. Quality education in my pursuit to go into Diagnostic Medical Sonography to become an ultrasound technician.

Michels is a dynamic setter/hitter combo player that is going to give you all she has to help propel her team to success. She plays with a lot of savvy and awareness, making plenty of high IQ plays. Michels has a smooth delivery on her sets, and has continued to build on her swing to be more impactful and produce a higher finishing rate. Michels is going to be a handful for opponents this fall.
