Four rising 10th Region 2028 Libero/Defensive Specialists

She sets up and calmly passes tough crosses and other hard-hit balls. Frommeyer can back up on corner shoves and make two to three-point passes even reaching to her sides with both arms. Frommeyer also does a sound job stopping in her tracks. She makes the simple passes with her athleticism and can quickly recover if she's playing back and opponents try to tip balls into the doughnut. Sullivan showed in the first round state tournament game at Lexington Catholic she can handle well-struck balls from tough hitters. She even tracks down balls after blockers touch them. Palmer steps into balls then makes crisp passes. She keeps her hips forward for a good platform. She can move forward quickly without having to dive to make clean first touches. She makes solid first touches with fundamentally sound approaches on the court. She is not afraid to branch out using both arms to make solid passes.
