Stanfield (pictured) has taken some huge next steps during the preseason. She called for a lot of balls and got on top of them for some huge swings helping Bourbon County go 2-0 on the first day in Class C action. When she has good spacing from the net, Stanfield makes things happen. Stanfield even took big rips on pipe plays and terminated a good number of out of system balls. Stanfield even played some back row and made quality first touches.

Stanfield has improved her touches at the setter spot throughout club season. She has made better decisions distributing the ball. She showed a lot of scrappiness on defense for Bourbon County in the fall. Stanfield reacts quickly trying to keep plays alive. Stanfield also showed effectiveness offensively. Stanfield takes her time and places balls away from opponents. A quicker arm swing is a good next step for Stanfield.
