We have approached the top 5 recruits who will make a significant impact on Florida volleyball. These young ladies are amazing performers and show stoppers. They have acquired an enormous amount of skill and talent at such a young age. The list below entails 5 of the uppermost elite players among the nation.

1. [player_tooltip player_id="98983" first="Jordyn" last="Byrd"] - 6’4" - Opposite - Cardinal Mooney

[player_tooltip player_id="98983" first="Jordyn" last="Byrd"] is an outstanding volleyball player who has an incredible heavy right arm. She uses her 6’4" frame to hit above the block of her opponents. She has accumulated over 200 kills in her freshman campaign alone. Byrd is a player that has an enormous amount of range with a variety of skills. She can come in at sharp angles as very few can. The amount of power she delivers to the ball is matched perfectly with her quick approach. She is a multifaceted player who can hit in the middle or on either pin. However, her specialty is opposite because she is consistent and efficient. Byrd has mastered her technique to be a fearless shutdown blocker. She is on track to be one of the next big stars in the NCAA.

2. [player_tooltip player_id="98984" first="Maddie" last="Snider"] - 6’4" - Opposite - Bishop McLaughlin

Snider is such an intriguing player to watch on the court. Her stature combined with her disciplined form is very impressive. She is consistently the biggest workhorse on whatever team she is playing for. Her Freshman year, she delivered 268 kills for Bishop McLaughlin, helping them achieve a record of 25-4. Not only can she come up with kills on the right side but she does it efficiently. She finished her high school season hitting a solid .327, making her one of the most consistent on her team. Despite her height, she is still an incredibly good defender in the back row. This past season she dug nearly 100 balls. She is a highly recruited player who will go on to do amazing things.

3. [player_tooltip player_id="98985" first="Grace" last="Albaugh"] - 6’0" - Outside Hitter - Bolles

Albaugh is a dynamic player who is lethal at the net. In 2019 she was named to the all-tournament team at USA Volleyball’s Girls Junior National Championship in Indianapolis. Her team finished 3rd in the 15’s USA division. She has a wide range of shots that has delivered Bolles 427 kills. She also digs her side of the court extraordinarily well with 214 digs. She has a fast jump-float serve that has given her team an astounding 50 aces. Albaugh is an athlete that is quickly on the rise.

4. [player_tooltip player_id="98986" first="Claire" last="Warner"] - 5’11" - Opposite - Nease

Warner is a talented young lady who brings so much hard work and dedication to her team. She is skilled at helping her team crush out of system balls. She always cleans up overpasses which leaves her opponents frustrated. She has an impressive vertical that makes her a formidable attacker from any position. In addition to her fast arm swing, she is also a skilled passer. Her ball control allows her team to utilize her in six rotations when necessary.

5. [player_tooltip player_id="98987" first="Allison" last="Cavanaugh"] - 6’3" - Middle Blocker - Bishop Kenny

Cavanaugh is a staggering 6’3" middle who has proven to be highly terminal. She is hitting a high .345 for Bishop Kenny totaling 254 kills. She is able to run a uniquely fast offense in front and behind the setter. When she is not putting a ball on the floor she is giving opposing hitters fits. She has accumulated 72 blocks, and nearly half of them were solo blocks. She creates an undeniably intimidating presence at the net. She is sure to be successful as she is just now entering her Sophomore season this year.
