The USA Volleyball Junior National Championships brings together the best club programs in the country under one roof in Indianapolis, and Prep Dig will be on the floor to scout the field from the very start. As part of the pre-tournament showcase on June 24th at the Indiana Convention Center, several Prep Dig state-ranked prospects and those who are currently unranked but also very intriguing prospects to be from across the country will step onto the court before the main event begins. College coaches looking to get an early read on the next wave of talent would do well to circle the following names before the tournament tipping schedule fills their notebooks. Let's take a look at a few of the names who will be in attendance.

Callie Stephenson is operating inside one of the most credentialed programs in Indiana, and she is doing it while still several years from graduation. Roncalli went a perfect 35-0 and captured the IHSAA Class 3A state championship in 2024 and then defended that title in 2025, making the Royals the standard-setting program at their classification level in the state. Stephenson has turned in dig totals and platform consistency that earned freshman-level recognition in a lineup stacked with older players. Her 23-dig performance in a Marion County Championship match and a 34-dig tournament weekend before reaching her sophomore year already signals a player built for pressure. At 5'5", her lateral range and court reading are the tools to track, and the showcase is the right environment to see both on full display against a different caliber of competition. We cannot wait to have her on the courts to compete against all of the top liberos who will be in attendance. Stay tuned for more from her as we analyze her play during the showcase.

Miss Rowan has made a name for herself as a sophomore and we cannot wait to see her in action at the showcase. Little Rock Christian Academy competes in 7A Central, one of the more demanding classifications in Arkansas, and the setting production coming out of that program has not gone unnoticed. Remi Rowan at 5'10" is a setter with a frame that already checks the physical requirements for the next level and the 2029 class gives evaluators a meaningful runway to track her development. We will definitely see how she orchestrates an offense under pressure when unfamiliar pieces are in place around her. This is what makes competing at a showcase so tough and it speaks volumes that she will test her skills in the environment. From what I see in researching her film online, she looks like a player who can earn top performer honors. Let's see how she fares.

Miss Hughes is coming up through a tough volleyball environment, which means her understanding of tempo, offensive structure, and positional accountability has been shaped by one of the most demanding volleyball settings in the state. At 5'8" and listed in the Prep Dig December rankings update for Indiana's 2029 class, she is already drawing attention from evaluators who recognize how much the Hamilton Southeastern program accelerates the development timeline. The showcase floor will let coaches see whether the competitive standard of her home program translates when she is running a system with players she met at the event. From what I see in her film, she has the tools necessary to lead an offense against any opponent. We will be watching her very closely and you should as well.
