Kirk is arguably the most impactful six-rotation outside hitter in Iowa’s 2029 Class. I’m reminded of that frequently with her being our daughter’s teammate on Rockets 15R. They were teammates during their 12U year as well, and Kirk’s growth has been tremendous. It helped her become just one of three freshmen to earn all-state honors in 2025. She recorded 397 kills (.235), 301 digs and 45.0 blocks in leading Marion to the state tournament. Kirk has continued her ascent as a player this club season. Her efficiency at the pin continues to improve, while the same can be said about her performance in the back row. An explosive athlete with room to grow, it will be fun watching Kirk reach for her high ceiling during the coming years.
