I know her nickname is “bangs” because of her hair, but after watching her play, you’ll be convinced it’s “bangs” because of the pace she puts on the ball from pretty much anywhere on the court. The ball sounds a little different coming off of her hand, and can terminate at will because of the sheer pace she puts on the ball. Relentless in her energy and love of this game, Abby will be a fun and exciting addition to any roster she’s a part of because of that relentlessness. She’s athletic, fast and has a never-ending motor, making her one of the better choices on the outside in this class.

The best way to describe Abby is “spitfire”. Relentless in her play, her attitude and her overall personality, Miss McCrory is a compact, six-rotation beast of an outside that can terminate from anywhere and does so with a whip of a right arm. I love her pass-to-attack movements, the load-up from on the floor to crushing the ball at max attack height, and her fire when she scores points regularly for her squad. She’s just flat-out fun to watch.

Nicknamed “Bangs” for obvious reasons, Abby’s ability to hammer away at opposing defenses might also allow that nickname for her level of strength in her right shoulder. Attacking isn’t an issue for Miss McCrory, as her springy approach and solid all-around game make her a fine addition to her 15s squad at Circle. Her hyper athletic approach to the game is consistent and fun to watch—-knowing that each and every attack of hers has a chance to score points immediately makes her a must-watch recruit for this year and beyond. I like how Abby plays; just go for it and see what happens. More often than not, positive things happen when she’s on the court.
