Emma Adams | Prep Dig Scout
Schnell is a talented setter who has been impressive to watch come into her own over the past four years. With top-notch ball-handling skills, she hustles all over the court to get her hands on the ball. She has a natural hand strength that allows her to move the ball from pin to pin. She can set different tempos to establish a solid offensive system along the net. Her athleticism shines through on the court, especially when watching her play in the front row, playing much bigger than 5-7. As the #2 setter in the class, she would be an excellent pickup to any college program!

Previous Rank: 23
Schnell has steadily moved her way up in the 2025 rankings, and after an incredibly successful club season with G3 18-1, she has secured her spot in the top 10. Confidently executing a 5-1 the past two seasons with G3, her abilities as a top setter were hard to miss when watching the team in action. Her instincts and court vision on who to set and when are impeccable. Technically, she has a natural hand strength that allows her to push the ball to the pins, translating less-than-perfect passes into swingable balls. Her jump set has developed nicely over the past year, and she opts to use it as much as possible. The intensity and energy she brings to the court help to bolster her team’s success. Schnell is still uncommitted, so whatever college program snags this top setter will surely be a lucky one.
