Crosby showed resilience this year. After missing club season last year due to injury, she fought her way back and returned stronger and more determined than ever as she worked her way on to the varsity court where she turned herself into a key contributor. Her movement was swift, she transitioned quickly, and stayed involved in every play. She also took big, aggressive swings, making her a offensive threat that couldn’t be ignored. We can’t wait to see how she does this club season now that she is back and better than ever.

– Middle Blocker – Class of 2028 – 6’0″
Crosby has been showing this season that she’s a middle with both size and skill. At 6’0″, she already brings a strong blocking presence, but what stands out most is her slide attack — it’s fluid, powerful, and hard to stop when in rhythm. She’s proving she can transition quickly from blocking to attacking, and her ability to score off fast-paced sets adds a valuable dimension to any offense. Crosby is showing she has the tools to be a difference-maker at the net on both sides of the ball. ~Theresa @prepdigdakotas

Crosby is a middle with a ton of potential. She has speed, a quick arm swing, great court awareness, and was introduced to high level competition last fall when she saw the varsity court as a freshman. Sidelined with an injury this fall that didn’t allow her to play club this winter, I have no doubt this girl is coming back with more determination and spunk than ever before…and I can’t wait to see it first hand. While she is on the watch list right now, I have no doubt she will be creeping up the rankings quickly.

Crosby not only times her blocking really well but she also doesn’t shy away from getting in front of a high powered attacker. I don’t think she will have any trouble moving into a bigger role in her sophomore season as her confidence grows. I can see the potential for versatility with Crosby and it will be fun watching her develop over the next few years.
