Deters had a solid performance at the Stock Up Showcase. I have primarily only seen her play as a right back DS, so it was fun to watch her step into the setter role. She looked comfortable running the offense, consistently put the ball in good locations with a nice, repeatable tempo. She did a great job giving her hitters quality opportunities to attack and it was clear she has the hands and court awareness to be effective in more than one position. Her versatility is definitely one of her strengths and makes her an asset for an team she plays on.

Her decision-making continues to mature, and she shows a strong understanding of how to involve multiple hitters rather than relying on a single option.

Allison communicates well on the court and naturally takes on a leadership role, helping her team stay connected point to point. Her ability to manage matches—not just individual plays—is what separates her.
